Windows 10 goes out of service October 14th 2025

That’s right, in a short few months, Windows 10 will no longer be serviced by Microsoft. What this means is that after October 14th, Microsoft will no longer be producing security updates for any Windows 10 systems by default. What this means is that any system running Windows 10 will become more vulnerable to attacks such as viruses malware and other security risks. So what are the options?

-You can continue to use Windows 10 as normal with no more security updates.
-You can pay Microsoft a fee to continue to receive security updates for Windows 10.
-You can upgrade your existing PC/Laptop to a new operating system such as Windows 11 or Linux If your computer is capable.
-You can purchase a new PC/Laptop which runs a new operating system such as Windows 11 or Linux.
